Andrés Donoso Romo donoso Andrés Donoso Romo is a researcher at the Centro de Estudios Avanzados at the Universidad de Playa Ancha, Valparaíso, Chile. He has an undergraduate degree in social anthropology and a master’s degree in Latin American Studies from the Universidad de Chile. In addition, he has a PhD in Latin American Integration from the Universidade de São Paulo. His publications include Identidad y educación en América Latina. Ensayos (Caracas: Editorial Laboratorio Educativo, 2012) and Educación y nación al sur de la frontera: organizaciones mapuche en el umbral de nuestra contemporaneidad, 1880-1930 (Santiago: Editorial Pehuén, 2008).

Dunja Fehimovic Dunja Dunja Fehimovic is an AHRC-funded PhD student at the University of Cambridge, currently working on national identity in relation to contemporary Cuban film. She has a background in English literature and Spanish, and has dabbled in documentary filmmaking. During her MPhil in Latin American Studies, also at Cambridge, she studied Latin American film more widely, as well as music (rap and reggaetón) in Cuba. She has worked on the Latin American news website Pulsamérica (www.pulsamerica.co.uk) as writer (for the Caribbean) and sub-editor.
